2. Description of Service
Optipacker provides a 3D packaging optimization platform for comparing how parts fit into containers and planning the related packaging investment. The Service includes STL model processing, packaging configuration, bills of materials, ROI analysis and purchasing workflows.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any 3D models, configurations, and other content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or any systems connected to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
